Agentic pipeline terms.

License

Each purchase grants one individual a perpetual right to use, modify, and run the purchased pipeline for personal and internal commercial work. Resale, sublicensing, public redistribution, and publication of the pipeline or a substantially equivalent competing derivative are not permitted.

Digital delivery

Digital files are delivered after checkout. If delivery fails, email support@knowledge2-ai.com with the checkout email.

Refunds

If a pipeline is materially defective or not delivered, contact support within 14 days. We will repair delivery or refund the purchase. Change-of-mind refunds are not available after a digital download is delivered.

Accounts, connectors, and data

Pipelines are operating procedures, not hosted software. Buyers supply required accounts, connectors, models, permissions, and private data. Included examples are synthetic. Buyers are responsible for authorization, third-party charges, review of proposed actions, and compliance with platform terms. Pipelines are provided as-is.
